Unfortunately since the Genlock + Timecode version are quite different from build on.  It is not possible to upgrade to Genlock / Timecode at a later moment. 

PTZ packs get shipped from factory with a set voltage for the camera model they are configured for. 
In case of Sony FR7 that will be 19,5V or 24V in some Canon cameras
